The Pasadena/Altadena Coalition of Transformative Leaders (PACTL) is a non profit organizational that serves as the transformative catalyst and community voice for unifying diverse interests of youth, parents and professionals to shape social policy that promotes a caring community by creating a safe and loving space for collective wisdom and action.

Our mission is to provide activities and services that strengthen our community through modeling and inclusive approach to support healthy families and parent/caregiver involvement. These activities and services build on inherent cultural wisdom and support social policy that promotes a caring community by creating a safe and loving space for collective wisdom and action.
